im sure there is a apple ale you could do. you said all it needs is apples and to be fermented. you can get a ale done within a month.

I have noticed if my picnic tap is not cold then it will foam. once it is sitting in the fridge for a bit the foam isnt bad. just a thought.

Don't have much room in fridge for another keg but my beer is ready. Can I set it at 40 psi then unhook gas and leave it sit outside of fridge for 36 hours then will it be carbed up well enough or do I need to keep the gas on it for that long? Thanks

I swore I saw you mention a brew cart on one of your posts. I guess I was mistaken. I have no idea what a brew cart is either that's why I was asking. I have a small table in my brew table on wheels that I have my ingredients on and was just seeing what others use.
