on the sparger acidification page i dont think i changed anything with dilution water.
if i used straight distilled for sparging wouldnt that be diluting too much compared to my additions as it stands now?

it feels chincy and cheap. I do not like the no shut off. I want to look into a thermometer with an adjustable face to tilit it up a bit more on both my MT and BK from them. quality build, too bad they cheaped out there

awesome! you will love that thing. I usually throw a pot of near boiling water in ( maybe 2 gallons) into the tun to warm it up and it helps reduce heat loss big time. I can hold to within 1-1.5* for the hour mash. the do have an electric heater for it as well that im interested in.
