so, how can I convert this guy to all grain? I know how to do the extract, but what do I do to convert the rice solids to rice in my mash tun? and how much hops to use in all grain? Steve, did you ever use Amarillo in here?
Yooper, I was thinking, how would you/would you use a hopback to make this beer? Would you do more Amarillo and Simco, would you cut down on the amount of a&s that you dry hopped with, or not use one at all?

Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7
Thirty days on the trub? then only 7 in the secondary, then how long in the bottle? at what temp do you suggest?
