    Canning!

Are there any other places to get the canning machine besides eBay and Oktoberdesigns? I assume that those that are canning force carb in a keg. What is the feasibility of carbonating in the can? Once the beer is at the desired carb level run them through a heat cycle to kill the yeast.

    Ways to reduce ABV

I have a recipe I like the taste of and want to brew a lower alcohol version. What are the ways to do that and still maintain the taste/color/etc of the recipe?

    Worst. IPA. Ever.

Devil's Backbone's Cattywompus, used to be called Congo. They label it as a Belgian inspired IPA. Absolutely horrible. Like drinking a marginal IPA strained through dirty gym socks.

Can you Brew It recipe for Stone Arrogant Bastard

I know this is a sidetrack, but casking (the way y'all are talking about) beer is putting it in a container that can "breathe" at cellar temps without any extra carbonation. Is that more or less correct?

    Morning brew(ing)

Too early for me. But you have to plan brewing around everything else in life. Meant to brew this yesterday, but didn't have the time once I got done with the household duties. So I did some upgrading to the brewery. First time I've had this beer, it's pretty good. Nice coffee bite at the end.

    Morning brew(ing)

The good life of a stay at home dad. Kids off to school, a batch of beer mashing early on a crisp fall morning in Virginia. Appropriate beer to have? Sent using magic pixie dust

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Ok despite the warnings at the beginning of this topic, I'm calling EdWort & all the rest of the contributors motherf**kers. This stuff is GOOD! Put it all together on June 1st, only change was that U used brown sugar. Sat in primary until a week ago, when I back sweetened with 3 cans of AJC...
