    Looks normal, lots of my washed yeast looks the same. Just made a starter other day with jar that was identical to yours, worked great and smells like fresh healthy yeast.

    just pre-heat your tun and set the values to 0 (no thermal loss).....good to go and very accurate this way.

    Yes, the keg will equalize to what the pressure is set to. Best to serve at proper carb levels.

    Help With My Fermentation Schedule

    This is one of my house ale yeast.....awesome stuff. Ferments very well at 66, nice and clean. I'd look at 66 for bout 10 days then raise to 70 fo 2 then cold crash. When I use this ale I leave in primary at 66 for bout 20 or so days then raise temp to 70 for a couple and comes out very nice.

    Converting to AG, need some ideas...

    Lots of options but I use a cooler for sparge. Pre-heat it as you would the MLT, drain and fill with your sparge water to the temp you want.....pretty simple and works great. For me, I prefer to fly sparge.
