Schematix: I am just trying to shoot for a typical IPA. I made this recipe using Beersmith software, and the recipe fit right in with the style guidelines. I would like to have some good hops aroma, but be right in the middle of the typical IPA IBU rating (if that makes any sense).
Hello,
I am trying to come up with a recipe on my own, and this is the first edition. I would really like some critiques of how you think this recipe will hold up. Thanks.

I have been looking all over for an STC-1000 (dual stage) that has a readout in Fahrenheit. Does anybody know where I can get one? I have looked all over ebay with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I used the zinc galvanized plated slotted angle from Lowes. For the paint I used two coats of self etching primer, then the top coat is RustOleum Engine Enamel.
Here is my brew stand. I have done some upgrading since starting. Now I am going to be running two 5500w elements instead of propane. No HERMS yet, but will be adding that soon.
I am in the process of piecing together all the components to upgrade my brewing to electric, and have noticed that the cost of power cords for the control panel are pretty expensive (both to purchase, and make). I was wondering if either of the following cords would work for a control panel...
Im in the process of setting up something similar to this, but I am confused on why you have two power cords (6 ft. 6/8 4-Wire Range Extension Cord, and Kal's 50A control panel power cord)?
ahh, I caught on. looks like you are going to make the spa panel moveable.
Great system.
I am looking to do the same thing, and wanted to know where you got your temperature probes? I am going to be going with the BCS-460, and just wanted to know what adapters/temperature probes are needed?
