    Mexican Lager Extract Recipe

    I was thinking of using northern brewer light pilson syrup 6lbs, and maybe 1 lbs light pilsin dme, the 2 ounces of liberty hops, 1 oz for 60 min and the last ounce for the last 15 minutes of the boil. How does that sound?

    Hey I was wondering if you guys have some ideas for making a mexican lager with extracts (not counting the coopers or muntons kits). I'd love to hear some ideas. I see from some recipies I seen online liberty hops are used as well as mexican lager yeast.

    So after the 2 weeks in primary, transferto the cornie and store at the proper temperature for the style of beer, then carbonate? Or carbonate right after the weeks in primary and age?

    Hey guys, I just got a cornie keg and I was wondering about using the keg (or kegs once I buy another one) for secondary fermentation. Do they work good for that? Do you need some kind of airlock for that? Sorry I'm new to the whole kegging thing but I'm really excited.

    Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have a northern brewer irish stout kit. It has a bag of roasted barley. It needs to be crushed. I dont have a grain mill but I have a coffee bean grinder. Would that be ok?
