Delete if not allowed but I was surfing prime day and found these. I have a 128oz (gallon) and a 64oz (half) and they are great. The full size is 159 which is normally North of 250 and the little one is 119. Great deal. Grab em!
I'm really good at responding :D
Tap handles: They are great, I've switched them out a couple of times and still showing me what's what on each tap. A+ on the tap handles
As for brew and disc golf I have a couple of Growlerworks insulated Co2 pressurized growlers a 64oz and a 128oz that fit...
Thank yall for the responses. I risked it and just clipped the wires to the leds on each corner of each fan. The fans stayed running so it must have been wires such that the fan is separate. It's not quite as easy to see down in the freezer now but the new plan is to wire up a momentary switch...
I have led computer fans that I use to keep a consistent temperature in the deep freezer. They were reasonably dim but I didn't know if since they run 24/7 it might skunk my beer in the glass carboy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Welder here not electrician but familiar with the stuff. A chest freezer uses about 500watts depending on size. 500watts/110v is 4.5amps. Good luck finding an extension cord that can't handle that. Go for it just be smart.
Shameless self bump years later. But I've also gotten into 3d printing of late and have made myself some of these. I have them for every beer style I've made and for about 50 cents in plastic I'm loving them. Not pro level design but for a newb it's pretty okay :D
This will show some noobishness on my part. But I recently brewed an all grain pumpkin ale and I hit 12 points under my expected og of 1.052 at an even 1.040. Kinda looks like lhbs didn't mill the all grains even though I thought they did, my fault not theirs I have a grain mill and should have...
so i just cut the factory power cord and used the stc1000 with an extension cord to cut the power on or off and then just turned the freezer to max cold. its held temp and cycled on and off perfectly for a month or 2 now. is this not what most people do ?
Awsome man I recommend it. Going from a 1 keg system to this is amazing. Having 3 or 4 different beers ready at any time is so much better. With the added benefit of making them last longer and age in the kegs. So by the end of the kegs they are soooo much better :D
Hey I'm kinda new here i've posted a couple times but forgot about this forum until just now. so I just wanted to say hello to yall out there and see if anyone else in the area was into homebrewing. BareArms Brewery is here in town and has homebrew meetings occasionally I just haven't been able...
