Semi hijack - Lacrosse Lager from City Brewery (the old G Heileman that brewed Old Style) tastes a bunch like the OLD Old Style, IMO....... Skol!

Six volts USB and a peltier device - the opposite of the coffee cup warmer - at the six volts and relatively low amperage available at the USB, I doubt there's any heavy-duty cooling going on........ Skol!

Any number of Midwest breweries advertise their use of artesian waters...... www.citybrewery.com and it all seems good. If the water is good to drink, it's good to brew. If, in the future, you wanted to to get pretty specific as to type, you might want to get an analysis as to the mineral...

Crazy - you're lucky to be in Appleton - they have some tasty brews at Stone Cellar, cheap too. last time I was through there I spoke briefly with the brewmaster (whose name escapes me) and he was very friendly and knowledgable. Told me he'd ante up some yeast if I had a way to keep it cool...
