I have done a blackberry and strawberry that came out great 7lbs of blackberry and 7lbs of strawberry for 5 gallons

For 1 gallon I used two 2 pound cans of peaches and 2 cups of sugar 1/2tsp of pectic enzyme 1/2 tsp of acid blend and ec1118 yeast and enough water to,bring to 1 gallon. I also put the peaches through a blender but that's just personal preference. I make peach wine a lot with canned peaches good...

Yes I have done a peach wine with canned peaches turned out really good big hit with friends and family

I was thinking about adding chocolate to my strawberry wine should I use baking cocoa or semi sweet chocolate pieces any help would be great thanks and happy brewing
