I saved all my store bought Kombucha bottles and juiced some ginger for my secondary fermentation. I love the fizzy stuff! Though it takes another 5-7 days. I'm thinking of juicing some cherries for another batch.
A friend of mine and I were just discussing this very thing! I have successfully made Kombucha and am now looking to do a secondary fermentation with a beer. Let me know how your goes and I will do the same!

Just looking for a place to hang out and learn about all things home brew. I have to date brewed one batch of IPA (from a kit) - it was ok. My home brew Kombucha was better :)
