So I had a hops plant growing indoors during daylight hours (under a couple CFLs). It kind of out grew the space it had available, plus I like the idea of the hops springing backu p next year, so I transplanted it into the ground at my house. The plant looks ok overall... leaves are taut and...

and the date went from roughly 3pm to a hair before 11pm without sparging. but yes, next time I'll look into it more.

never sparged before, and neither of us have one. we're hoping that the brew store we go to has one, but if not.. how could i tweak the recipe to adapt?

How much is 'properly'? They'd mostly be fed by my lawn sprinklers...w hich go 3x a week for 10minutes. Do they need more? Less? Any nutrients/fertilizers? Where do you buy them? Do they just come as seeds, clones or what? Think I'll try Cascade, tough to go wrong with them. I have...
