Honestly I would just stick to the boil temps and times, be 100% on your sanitation and then forget about it. Don't stress it. I know myself I feel about 100 times better about the Bavarian Hefe recipe I just bottled last night because I ran out of bottles and stole a mug of wort lol. Tasted...
