    Flow Control Faucets

I have one great Kegland flow-control quick connect and one useless quick connect. Cranking up the pressure on a highly carbed beer like a tripel works great with the working one. Visually, I cannot tell the difference between the two, but the useless one won’t seat properly on a beer-out post...

Half price beer gun - too good to be true?

Blichmann beer gun for $49: https://www.hoonets.com/accessory-bottle-kit-blichmann-stainless-beergun---filler Never heard of Hoonets. Looks like they’re based in Shanghai. I’m not brave enough to send them my credit card, but maybe someone else is.

Dumped last 6 batches of beer - Infected?

Denny Conn comes down on the side of Star San not killing wild yeast, and some people use it for yeast washing. I don’t know if he’s right or wrong. Regardless, SOMETHING is surviving the OP’s sanitation regimen, and switching sanitizers is an easy thing to try. Five Star Chemicals, the makers...

Dumped last 6 batches of beer - Infected?

    Alabama Beer Line = SOLD

Bev-Seal Accuflex Ultra 235, 3/16” ID, 5/16” OD, 35’, $12 shipped USPS. This is left over from my keezer project, and I would definitely use it again — no vinyl smell or taste in the beer! But full disclosure, it is pretty stiff, so if I did it again I would use push-to-connect fittings instead...

    Regulator

Brittney, did you find a dual-gauge regulator? I have one in use now, but if you’re still in the market I could start using a single-gauge that is gathering dust. I’ll take pictures if you’re interested. —Rob

Alabama Two-Tap Beer Tower = SOLD

After building a 4-tap keezer, I converted my Edgestar 2-tap kegerator into a fermentation chamber, so I am selling the beer tower. It has standard brass taps, an insulated tower, 3/16” Ultra Bev feed lines that are 10’ long for low foaming, and versatile 1/4” flared fittings. It’s seen some...
