First year home brewer and hop gardner. first batch was nasty as heck, second batch was very drinkable but nothing to brag about. I am on my third batch and hopefully it is good, its a hefe,
It was green when i transfered it into the fermenter but now it is a soft brown. it seems to be fermenting differently the the other two.
