Hey Brewhead, where in SC? I'm in NC and am thinking about planting some.

So I should put the whole flask in there? Or would it be better to bottle and cap it first?

I started it about a week ago, and something came up on brewing day, now it looks like it will be a couple weeks before I can brew. Will it still be good? Flask has been sealed since, not opened at all.

I have two kegs, one CO2 cylynder, my plan is to keg this batch of beer, Put CO2 on it, about 15 lbs, for a week and test. Brew a second batch, once it's ready to keg, naturally caronate, put enough CO2 in to seal it and get the oxygen out and refrigerate, and return my cyclyder back to the keg...

Hmmm, wife cleaning up after brewing. Nope, not going to happen. She doesn't even drink beer. LOL

I've used beer bright with great results, to clean and sanitize. In fact my HBS said to use it in my keg lines.

I had that problem when I moved from CA to NC, now I don't let it bother me, nothing inside my jeep that water will hurt.

Now that sounds like what's in "The Joy's of Homebrewing" book.

My 4X4 board that I run does, the previous owner finally had enough of the kids and closed it, I took it over, built an admin team. We decided that under 21 could only post in chit chat, unless they have an adult sponsor. We've had a couple occasions when the sponsor had to talk to them, kids...

I have never named my brews, usually I guess because I'm following someone elses recipe anyways.
