I don't know for sure, but will try to find out. We know a guy that works for a local fire truck manufacturer, and provided the scraps from one of their builds.

I made a clone of Founder's breakfast stout with chocolate and coffee and had no problem with head retention without the chocolate wheat. Make sure you use a good bakers/dark chocolate it helps to reduce some of the oil.

The hop shot may work in this case if you are only looking for 6IBU, but I don't recommend it. It is designed more for a flavor aroma addition. I boiled mine with my priming sugar trying to get more bitterness out of it, but didn't get anything to noticeable.
OK I have an update. What I did was to boil my priming sugar in 1 gal of water. This boiled down to about 4 cup to go into my 10 gal batch. Four bottles were bottled with seperatly without the priming sugar/hop shot solution to keep a reference. All bottles were allowed to bottle condition/carb...
