    Had to brew this again as I bought a few lbs of the amber malt and really enjoy this beer. Went with magnum instead of warrior hops as thats what I had. Hit 1.088 so I'm happy with that.

    Can't say I've tried it without the fan. I'm told it's a good idea to recirculate the air so the temps are consistent throughout the freezer.

    Couldn't agree more. That was the cheapest I could find at the time that included the glass rinser. It will outlast the freezer so I dont regret the purchase. The same option without the rinser would have been $252.

    Just checked and with my 8inch collar I have no problem with a 5gal ball lock keg on the hump. No overhang either which is nice.

    Shut down leisure activities-what are y'all doing to pass the time?

    Still able to work in the office since we're considered vital moving med supplies ect. Since we're still on lockdown once I get home, I've tapped my two maples for syrup, started planning for the garden, brewed and tinkered with my raspberrypints configs. Might do a bit of wood working this week.
