Oktoberfest is the last 2 weeks in September isn't it? So by that reasoning your should be good to have the party any time in October since you're already late!
the original recipe for the pumpkin ale I have calls for between 6-8 lbs of canned pumpkin....a total of 3 Tbsp Cinnamon, 3 Tbsp Nutmeg, and 2 Tbsp of Corriander. My brother in law is brewing the original recipe and I'm making a Heffeweissen with the pumpkin spice aspect.
We'll see how it goes!!!!
