thought I was not supposed to pop the top? how do you check SG without doing so? The instruction sheet said I should probably be able to rack after 3 or 4 days. It's a wheat beer it that makes any difference.
How long do I have to sanitize items?
How do I transfer from the primary to the secondary fermenter? Do I use a funnel? I got a tube with my kit, but as I understand it, if you siphon with your mouth you contaminate the batch. How else would you siphon to the secondary?
