Fired up this bad boy.... A citra belgian. Very fruity, but not over the top. A tad bitter 75IBU's ... But the sweet Belgian flavor compliments it well.
I used this recipe a few months ago and it turned out great. Give this one time in bottle conditioning...
I tried it after 2 weeks and was a little disappointed, waited another month...and it's made a huge difference.

Turned out great. I used some different, but similar hops. It's a nice subtle Belgian beer that is finished just in time for spring. Everyone loved it... my second and best brew by far. The first one was awful.
Hello... I have a quick question with this recipe. I've decided to use this, and I already have all the ingredients.
My question is; If I'm partial mashing, do I add the hops right as I begin the boiling process (ie at the very beginning), or am I going to wait until I add the malt extract...
Congrats and your first batch! I just finished my first one up, and it's bottled and ready to condition. I used kind of a weird recipe, and it's awfully bitter.
