    Chocolate Mint Stout

I was doing various flavorings with one batch so I split the beer and did it in a secondary. I also dissolved them in vodka first. I was going for a lot of mint flavor so used the whole tin, but you can easily split them up for how much you want.

    Carbonator Cap Leak?

Mine was leaking gas right out of the package. I took off the o-ring put some plumbers tape on the post where the o-ring goes and put some keg lube on the o-ring and plopped it on top of the plumbers tape. It made the o-ring stick out just a little bit more and now there seems to be a leak free...

How to make a Saison red?

Try hibiscus, it is used in an Austin Homebrew Supply kit: http://www.austinhomebrew.com/product_info.php?products_id=11267

    Substitute for dry yeast

Safale s-04 is a great yeast, I would just use that and save some money.

    Blood Red Beer

Use hibiscus without a doubt. I make a tea with it and always get jokes about drinking blood. I have seen a hibiscus saison recipe floating around.
