    upright freezer with removable shelves?

I've seen some folks bend those shelves with the cooling lines built in but it's certainly not recommended. You're going to run into those on most older models. I'm using a 17cuft fridgidare upright that has removable shelves. (CL $200)

    New Brewery Build

Wow I'm not sure how I missed this one, but it looks great! Can't wait to see how the rest of the build turns out.

    StuckFermentation?

I'd say keep the temp steady and leave it alone for a week or two. Remember the airlock only acts as a vent and doesn't indicate whether or not fermentation is taking place. Just simply means there is no co2 to vent.

Wildwest's brew lean-to (my almost dream build)

Looks like you were in a shootout and sprayed some rounds up the wall while taking cover! It's coming along nicely! I can't wait to see how it turns out!

I thought gangsta rap was dead.

It's nice to see young artist's making their presence known. Very technical. Great use of metaphors and word play… HA!

Do you care about the calories in your craft beer?

This sounds tasty. I'm going to "blend" some up when I get home! But seriously DogFish WWS has 666 calories per 12oz? :drunk:

    Don't do what I did.

Ugh ouch! Looks painful. I hope the brew turns out atleast.

    conditioning

Mine usually take 2 or 3 weeks to fully carb up. I stick a couple in the fridge right around two weeks (most times earlier) to see how they're doing.
