My last brew day was about 5 hours. I did cool to 167ºF and did a whirlpool hop for about 20 minutes so, could be faster but I wasn't in a hurry. This was my 4th brew on it and so far I really like it.
I found an adapter on Amazon to plug the G40 in to a receptacle I had installed for a BrewEasy system.
Also, not a bad idea to have a GFCI breaker if you are doing the electrical work anyway. I have seen GFCI pigtails as well but they were a little pricey.

It's a standard Beverage Air kegerator so, about 30" from the center of keg to the faucet. I have the tubing coiled up and zip tied so it sits on top of the kegs.
