    Dual use ranco controller?

    Thanks for the input. I understand the power restrictions. On the HLT side it would be used to switch a relay that could handle the power. I guess my question is, could it receive 2 separate temperature inputs and control them both independently?

    This weekend I'll be brewing a Fat Tire clone. The recipe I have calls for 5AAU's Brewers Gold hops. Of course I was unable to locate a supply so I am substituting Galena hops. My question is this... Would the required AAU's stay the same for the Galena? Galena being more robust I would...
