My name is Ryan and I have been brewing on and off for the best 2 years. I started with Mr. Beer and quickly moved to extract and specialty grains. Although it is not my area of academic study I find myself spending much of my time studying everything that is Homebrew. I have not brewed a whole lot in the past ten months but I am slowly and surely upgrading my equipment to dive into all-grain. I am not a big DIY person but since I am a graduate student with limited income I have to be resourceful. The bottom line is that I love everything that is Homebrew!
