Is there any difference between aging for 6 months in the carboy and bottling after 1 month and aging in bottles for 6 months? This is assuming that the apfelwein is already clear.

Hi guys. I made my first batch two days and have a quick question:
Will using dish soap to clean my blow off tube cause residue to be left behind? I rinsed the tube for about 2 min straight with hot water after I put some soap in it.
