i have done 2 extract brews and now want to go grain but dont really have a clue the easiest way to do it can someone give me step by step instructions or a video link
does anyone have skype or something i have a lot of questions and would like to just talk to someone without having to type it all.

ok heres wht i did boiled about 3 gallons of water added the LME boiled it for like 25 30 min then added bittering hops boiled for another 20 30 min then added aroma hops boiled for a while then put in my wort chiller, cooled it then added it to the carboy
i brewed a blonde ale and it is ready to be bottled but it looks just like the hefe i did last month dark and kinda orange it should be more golden or blonde what do i do
well i got one of those liquid extract kits from my brewshop where i comes with extract, bittering and aroma hops and dry ale yeast and it said to boil extract add bittering hops boil more thatn add aroma hops then put it in the carboy and add the yeast
but i dont see it getting much lighter
right before i started racking my beer into my bottling bucket i saw a couple yeast move around and on little bubble on the air lock but just before i decided that it was done i had watched it for 10 min and saw nothing
am i screwed
