Quite new to homebrewing but enjoying it very much. I started with two extract batches and quickly sought out a more 'hands on' approach.
I'm currently experimenting with the Brew in a Bag (BIAB) method due to it's simplicity (both in clean up and necessary equipment).
I'm looking to join a homebrew club sometime in 2012 to learn better practices and to seek out others with similar interests.
