Ever have what appears to be fermentation going on after dry hopping? I'm doing my second IPA and dry hopped with 2 oz. Chinook at the secondary. Two and a half weeks later the hops are sinking and rising, with the airlock burping. What do you think is going on? BTW, the gravity had bottomed...
