    I guess I was afraid of it sitting on the yeast sediment to long. It was in the the Primary for a little over a week and I thought fermantation would continue. Should it stay in the Primary as long as there is Fermantation, no matter how long it takes??

    Denny, At this point I Brew with Extract and Specialty Grains and I can only boil about 2.5 Gal then ad 2.5 gal of cold water to Primary. :mug:

    Thanks guys, I always chill the Brew in my Secondary before adding Isinglass Finnings so I will do the same before adding the Gelatin. Raffie, I know clear beer is only for looks but I give beer to freinds and relatives and I like to impress them.:tank:

    Idaphor

    Milwaukee cheesehead here, I use OnStep to clean, Bleach when I store my carboys the rinse everything with iodophor/water solution before my brew touches it. Is that OVERKILL to the extreme? :mug:
