I would recommend this kit, great quality and it's nice to keg. I had the kit for a little less then a year and sold off all the equipment and bought a badass Brewstand.

Bench capper is the way to go. Check out morebeer.com that's where I picked mine up. It is a well made product.

Save the champion for juicing, I love that juicer. Thats how I get my watermelon juice well all my juice for my fruit beers. Anyway go with the Rebel Brewer mill it eats through grain like its nothin, really great machine and built to last a lifetime IMO.

So I brewed up a batch of IIIPA this weekend and it had about 10oz of hops and it clogged up big time, my question is what is the proper mounting technique? I have seen brewers with it mounted 2 ways, so I'm wondering if I just had it hooked up wrong since the smaller of the 2 pieces clogged up...
