We're looking to brew this in the next couple weeks. Took your recipe and suggestions and came up with this. (lowered ginger/black barley, increased carafa, cinnamon, vanilla). Thoughts? Suggestions?

11 lb Maris Otter
1.5 lb Victory malt
1.25 lb Lactose
1.25 lb flaked oats...
Ok, so I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not... My old man and I have volunteered for this fest for the past 5 years but both couldn't make the one this past June. I had a bottle share this weekend where a guy said ABC was cracking down hard on it with people undercover walking around...
did anyone volunteer for this year's in june? I heard that the volunteer's were not allowed to drink/taste the beers while they were pouring at their table or while they were wearing the volunteer shirts. any truth to this?

can you throw a few more pics up? especially how it opens and the inside? i'm tempted but i'd want an easy way to open/close to keep extra bottles in, so curious what kind of space there is.
