Just did this to my 7.2 CF magic chef freezer. Turned the coarse screw CW until tight just like Flomaster and set my dial on the front to 1. Keezer has been sitting at 38-40 for the past 24 hours.

How in the hell did Steel Reserve get bronze.

From everything that I've seen, 55 is the ideal cellaring temp. The higher the temp the faster the beer will age. You can try a wine fridge. Might be able to find one cheap on craigslist and they have a programmable temp.

Now that people got there tickets, anyone willing to sell / trade for a bottle of Dark Lord? I can't get Pliney and I doubt I can get Alaskan smoked porter.

Anyone know how the ticket system works? Can I purchase a ticket and give it to someone else to pick up my bottles? I'd be more than happy to get my hands on one bottle, which a few people have already offered to do, but I have a few friends that would love to try this beer out.

Pol, Got a dumb question for you. Why are there 4 ball valves on your BK? I assume 2 are for the SS coil, and 1 for the pickup tube. Whats the fourth one for? By the way I was gonna copy your original build, but I think I'll wait for this one instead.

I've read other threads that the case price of Brooklyn BCS did not change from last year to this year. So if a 4-pack in your store is the same or more than a 6-pack from last year, then shop around. Your store is screwing you.

What about using a chile beer in chili or would that be overkill and not add anything special? Something like DFH Theobroma.

finally got around to cracking open your wheat ale. Poured into a Sam Adams sensory glass. Left 1" of beer in the bottle, swirled it up and poured it in the glass. Nice white head about 1/2" thick and the beer was nice and cloudy. Can't tell much from smell since my cold is clogging up my...
