39yo new brewer originally from New England, but have moved quite a bit in the last 15 yr or so...So I have tried alot of good beers and an occasional bad one...I was interested in brewing back in the mid 90s but was put off by the sales person that suggested I start with a Malt Liquor, not an Extract batch but a Malt Liquor...I was not impressed at all...I wouldnt touch OE if I was in the desert...lol...Im looking to jump in head first...Brew a few extracts, get involved in a club, the progress to all grains, maybe a mead or two (or 3), then get into some kegging...
