    Anyone ever use beer calculus?

I've used it a couple of times. Works okay I guess, I don't have much to compare it too. I have downloaded brewtarget, so will be playing around with that. If you are looking for something free....it is open source!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Bottled my first attempt at this on Saturday! Turned around and made another 5 gallons of it on Sunday! I brewed this to please SWMBO, because she fell in love with a Blonde Ale when we were in San Fran. I had her take a sip of the hydro sample after it fermented 2 weeks (I did warn her that...

    Beer of the Month Club

SWMBO mentioned that she was thinking of signing me up for one of these, but didn't know if it was worth it. She suggested that I ask people on here, and see what you guys have to say. So........anyone have any suggestions, experience, thoughts, ideas..... Thanks in advance!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Ok...this is my next brew (2nd all grain). Something the SWMBO will enjoy! I noticed the recipe calls for 0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L, but my LHBS only has 20L. Any adjustments need to be made for that?
