added some more water during the boil and ended up with 9.5 gallons at 1.050

sparged another 3.5 gallons and got 1.015, boiling now with 9.5 gallons to start

I mashed at 154 for an hour with 3.5 gallons then sparged 3.5 gallons at 170 for 10-15 minutes. I have not had a problem mashing before. Is the 14.5 lbs right?
