    Really high OG

    I always measure OG if just for my records and knowledge. Maybe you brew it again and want to tweak that batch. Also, OGs give you something to discuss with your fellow brewmasters! :D

    Carbonation

    I don't have Krown's experience, but I know I wouldn't try to speed carbonation for an important function like a wedding. My rule is two weeks. Good luck.

    Are My Standards Too High For Fresh Beer?

    Informed doesn't equal snob. I have had "looks" from store clerks and other customers as I look for dates on the merchandise. Oh well. As stated above, some styles are better fresh so I take that into consideration when looking at the date and making my buy decision. I've been know to ignore...

    Oregon Amber flip top bottles - TONS

    Would love to buy about 100 or so bottles. I am from Olympia area, but am away on vacation thru the 1st. The soonest I could pick them up would be Jan 4th. Can we work something out?

    Alternative to Avery Mailing Labels

    I also use Avery labels, the 2" x 2" ones. I find them very easy to come off with only minor soaking in water. A friend said he used a potato peeler to tackle some of his labels. Didn't work too good!
