I was fermenting it inside my apartment and the power has finally come back on. The beer looks dormant, no krausen or anything. It has changed colors to an unusual green tint
I brewed an AG DIPA on Sunday and last night our power went out at 3 a.m. and has yet to come back on. When I woke up at 10 a.m. the carboy temp was 52 deg. Being as im only into primary 3 or 4 days is the beer ruined.

I have just recently discovered Speidel ferm chambers at my LHBS and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. I have recently converted to 10 gal batches as well as all grain and could use the extra ferm space. Are they worth the money? Are they air tight? Any help would be appreciated.
I have a 15 gallon keggle that I use as my boil kettle. I'd go with a sight glass, ball valve and thermometer, the are all essentials. As for a mash tun i'd go with an igloo cooler. They are cheaper and easier to use unless you plan on build a HERMS or RIMS system
I used a lab grade thermometer as back up and thats how I read 120deg. The Iodine test was recommended by my local homebrew store and sure enough it turned pitch black. Im assuming it didnt convert to sugar.
