I have a couple of Oktoberfests lagering in the secondary. I'm using kegs with airlocks as the secondaries. Can I simply replace the airlock with the standard keg cap and force carbonate or do I need to transfer out to another keg?

Just placed two kegs of Octoberfest in the fridge for extended lagering. I was thinking about cask conditioning these in the keg rather than force carbonating them.
So how much priming sugar should I use for each 5 gallon keg?

I have a spare Blichman Thermometer and I'm building a keezer. I was thinking of mounding the blichman on the collar to check the keezer temp externally. I was wondering if anyone has done this? Any suggestions?

Would this work with a small chest freezer on it's side? I'm thinking a regular mini fridge may not be able to maintain layering temp for 3 fermentors at the same time...
