I had the same experience as ChrisVZ. I just actually kegged this. I brew 10 gallons at a time, so i only put the cacao nibs in 5 gallons of the beer. The 5 gallons w/o the nibs is tasty. But not so much choc taste. Im gonna try the cocoa powder next time.

I agree! TF is the way to go for me! The floor malting makes all the difference imo. I have tried the crisp and Baird but prefer the TF!

I don't think that NCM is accepting new homebrew orders. Unless someone who has ordered from them in the past 9 mo (was that three months ago they made that announcement?).

I brewed 10 gallons today and i dont think it got above 35°. Nothing real bad. My regular outside hose that i would use for chilling was frozen 2 weeks ago. I just use my RV hose in the winter. Well water is fantastic in the winter for chilling lagers to 50° :D
