Thanks for all the inputs. I know how to sew but do not have a sewing machine which is why I wanted to avoid that option. I will definitely check out home depot and walmart to get a new bag before I brew again.
The beer turned out good and had a little more body than 1554. I ended up with 4.9% ABV. I would recommend lowering the Carafa II and Chocolate malt down because it was more roasty and chocolaty than 1554. My beer also did not have the "superior head retention" that he mentioned in his tasting...
I tried researching this before I started all grain BIAB and never really found a good, reasonably priced bag. Some people said go to a fabric store and make your own but unless I can just buy a sheet and not have to sew anything that is not an option for me.

I have always squeezed and the brews have turned out fine. I also remember reading that too much pressure would squeeze out tannins but that it is not physically possible to squeeze hard enough to squeeze out the tannins.
The 1554 clone and below is what I found to be best. Although there are multiple paths to reach a beer that tastes like 1554 I felt that this was best since it only used ingredients listed on New Belgium's website that they say they use in the beer.
