i drank 9 litres of sout after only being in primary fermention for 8 days and it was lovly didnt even get chance to carbonate had been in bottles for about 3 hours good job there is some left. got me slaughtered too haha

im brewing some brewferm diabolo kit used 2 tins to make 15 litres and 1 kg of brewing sugar its bubling like crazy and as been doing for 2 days its supposed to taste like duvel i hope it does i bet it will be 10% or more what you think?
