I would be interested in your opinion after using 810 vs. 2112. I am currently brewing a steam beer and I had the same thought. Did you see any differences in the final product?

I apologize for such short notice. Unfortunately, one of our group had a death in the family. Selling a single ticket for face ($65) for the Friday, Oct 12, 2012 5:30pm - 10:00pm.

Good to hear they fixed your issue. I was having the same issue for awhile as well. The workaround for me was adding items to the yeast inventory in other places. I love the inventory feature for grains and hops - it still does not work for yeast, but at least it stopped crashing.

I brewed this a few weeks back and I did make a starter...it practically blew the lid off the bucket. And it's still bubblin' :mug:

This is just perfect. Perfect in size, quality, style. My plans are in process. Thanks for letting us follow your work.
