    Questions on: Lagering my Alt

Thanks for the info guys. I have decided to put the proper psi on it and carbonate while it lagers. Seems like the best way to maximize space and free up a spot in my fermenter fridge!

    Should I Prune My Hops??

Hello everybody I am tapping into the fountain of knowledge to ask if I should prune my hop plants, specifically a Columbus plant that currently has about 7 bines at about 5-6" each. I know it's best to have 2 bines at the most working their way up the hop line so I wonder if its best to have...

First Timer - I Need Some Help (Slightly Freaking Out)

So I went with something close to that. I ended up getting some cheesecloth and doubled it over a few times and constructed small "tents" over the hops. It seems to work well and I have someone who will water while I am away. Hopefully these crowns like their new home!!

First Timer - I Need Some Help (Slightly Freaking Out)

That news sounds promising for me. I am located in NJ and it's pretty hot right now so I am afraid I might fry the young plants in direct light. I might just give it a shot and just let them do their thing and see what happens.

Need help with this Black IPA Recipe!

Thanks for the responses! I have actually since tweaked the recipe a little more which has balanced it out. I used Yooper's Ruination clone (https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/stone-ruination-clone-155771/) as the base and tweaked the steeping grains to make it darker (see below)...Quick question...
