    There is more of an alcohol taste than I was expecting, but I wouldn't call it harsh. Although, I primarily drink 8%+ beers so my sensitivity may have dulled. I have a fermometer now so next time I will be able to get a better sense of where my actual temps are at. If necessary I will toss...
