    I use a cold water bath with the water changed out every 4 minutes or so. Then, ice and water near the end . It usually takes about half an hour to reach pitching temps, give or take a few minutes.

    The fridge my keg and tank are in will only go up to around 34-35 degrees, making it very hard not to overcarb everything. The only way to get beer out of the keg is by turning the pressure down to like 2 or 3 pound, even off sometimes, else you have a glass of foam. My lines are about 3 ft...
