Personally I would invest the time and effort into converting a 15.5 GAL keg into a mash tun. From my experience as soon as you do a few 5 gallon batches you get the itch to go bigger. Empty kegs are pretty easy to find on Craigslist.

which way do you recommend, Do you mind explaing a little bit about on how you force carb once you have siphoned beer through spear or poured through opening. looking forward to using this method. :mug: Philip
