Im brewing tomorrow and heading to adventures in homebrew downriver today. Just wanted to know if I should buy all new stuff today. Looks like it. :(
I forgot to answer your question. No, I have not brewed since July. I know...just sad!
All my bottles are supergushers and they have that ring around the bottle neck. Oh yeah, it tastes teally sour! Brewed in July 1st. Bottled Aug 7th. Looked fine when I bottled. Started drinking in late September. Tried again in October and throughout november.
My last batch is infected. Brew day and bottle day went great ( I thought). So, are infections likely to be one thing over another? Say tubing or the outosiphon or am I screwed....and need to replace everything?

Great story! It wont be the last boil over or last time you forget to take a measurement of some kind. ****, I'm still cleaning a spill over from an Octoberfest fiasco from july. LOL! Welcome to the addiction...and.....your beer will turn out fine.
You could do a late extract addition and your IBU's will be higher.
Edit:- I just realized I didnt answer your question. I dont believe extending your boil time will improve your hop utilization. Maybe give it a quick search just to be sure.
Pitch it dry. It will probably taste just fine. The muntons you used before will work just fine, you just want a clean fermenting yeast and it looks like muntons fits that profile.
I made a similar holiday ale that I am drinking just now....I brewed it a year ago and the spices finally mellowed. I know you want it for today and tomorrow but this time next year that will be a great beer.
Pretty big beers, your first beer had an OG of 1.077 and it was only in primary a week? Are those beers exploding now? :) Your 3rd batch may just need more time!
