Just X-fer'd my AHS Anniversary IPA to the secondary after 8 days in primary. Gravity is 1.013 so im very pleased with what the US-05 yeast accomplished so far. Only change i made was dry hopped with 1oz of Cascade AND 1oz of Centennial i had around. Smells great so far :-) -Justin
